We have specified for Pinterest users which images should be displayed if they want to share an image under:

This also worked via the Pinterest browser button in the Chrome and Firefox browsers. But for some months now, the Pinterest browser button no longer displays the images we have provided, but only all images on the website.

So far we have not been able to find out why this is the case and how we can make it work again. Also at Pinterest itself there are no hints.
We have also noticed this error on other websites. Only on the website of Springlane it still works:
