Open Cart Upgrade Modifications - Need help

Hello,
We are looking for a long term relationship with an Open Cart php coder very familiar with payment gateways and modifying extensions. We are in the process of going from 1.55 to 2.1 and this project will include bringing 3 functions into the new store from the old one. have only one requirement from the project and should be able to finish it in a day or two. We are looking for: 1. An excellent Opencart PHP coder with ability to write very clean code and track changes as well as logically think through ways to break it as we do modifications 2. Lots of experience with shopping carts (Open Cart) mods . 3. Must be able to start this week.
Here are 3 modification cart requirements included in this job:
1. We have installed an extension for [login to view URL] CIM and another for subscription orders - We use CIM as our payment gateway for our subscriptions (recurring) orders and need some modifications to match the old cart 1.55 in the admin functionality page to be able to charge these manually and get the extensions to work together. Will require mainly mods to admin subscription processing page to match 1.55.
2. We have a script that keeps up with a our customers stage of pregnancy - ( customer chooses option of product (stage) that we then use as starting point then tag with date so pregnancy stage is updated each week. We simply need to bring over this logic from 1.55 into 2.1 that keeps up with the customers Stage of Pregnancy
3. For final step need to Import Customers and Recurring Orders into new cart 2.1.. Will be some modification of sql import script from OC.
After payment is made for these 3 projects we have others as well.
