Need PayPal Upgraded(either modules or complete w/new PayPal integrated cart) on Loaded Commerce/CRE 6.5

Website currently needs PayPal and cart updated. Site runs off Loaded Commerce/CRE 6.5 and PayPal is requesting update of TLS 1.2 and Discontinue use of GET method Classic NVP/SOAP API's. PayPal Express(PayPal button for customers checking out with PayPal) does not work as well. OR upgrade checkout with New PayPal integration instead. Looking for someone who can give honest advice in guiding me for future work as well. My brother also has a separate website and will be needing work in coming moths. Payment amount is open based on what is done and discussed. Thank you.
