Modify backend HTML template to working PHP

I want to use a backend HTML template for my website, and it has a nice HTML page for creating posts. I want this HTML page to be converted to PHP. It has a title, description and most important it has a droparea where the user can upload images, and save them with the post. I am mostly interested in this part: upload images, create the post and link the images to the post in the database (mySQL). Also it would be nice to have the "delete" icon working.
