Minecraft Username Sniping (Sniper) Bot for Website PHP

Hello, I am currently looking for someone to create a sniping bot for Minecraft usernames- I *NEED* it to be fast, to ensure my customers speed. I would like the script to somehow manage payments- meaning I would like each snipe to cost $7.50, I'd also like the snipes to be payable via PayPal. Also, (I may need assistance inserting the script onto my website).Preferably written in PHP.
