I have a list of 1000 car plates and I need to do the search automatically, because doing it manually one by one it takes too much time.
I need some script where I put 1000 or more car plates and the system will process and search for fines. The results need to be saved in a CSV.

JOB conditions:
- Will need to see some results before assigning job and milestone.
- Milestone will not be given until we test files in our own server.
- Budget is 50USD, if this works there are going to be more projects of this kind.
