Install PHP script on my server

I have purchased a PHP script that has an installer. However the installer gives me an error after the script connects to database. I think this error is a problem with apache configuration.
i need someone to SSH into my server , fix the problem and install the script.
Server is Ubuntu 18.
I will provide:
SSH login information
Mysql DB name and user and password
