I want a website that can read all comments of an instagram post, and chooses a comment randomly for contest to win.
with filtering options: for example, pick a random user that wrote a comment with (x number of mentions),
an option to pick a random comment a user wrote that contains the a specific word/hashtag
and an option to pick a random user that wrote a comment and follows the user back
optional: payment method for clients to register and use the website to create their own contests
