Instagram automatic wall video resume creation

I need a web application that has a wizard an allows me to create video from an instagram profile by taking their photos and videos and auto creates a cool video animation automatically
It's all about creating something similar as FB stories / memories for video content creation
In my mind : (ideas)
- Wizard style : connect, select photos, select music , generate video and allow download or share
- Collect last week instagram profile media (photos, videos)
- Sort them by date, oldest first
- Create slideshow with background music (allow select mp3 song)
- Video format = Mobile 9:16 (not 16:9 very important)
- Duration video = Select between 5,10,15,20,25 and 30 seconds
- Slideshow details = Will apply small zoom and transitions on images
- Preview and render buttons
- Allow save video collections and manage creations over a dashboard
- Developer can use if needed an external video api creation online service if needed so videos get rendered on a online farm, will value this to avoid local server video rendering
