Fix my opencart LIVE website

I have a LIVE website that is running a pretty current version of Open Cart with an upgraded template and add-ons that are supposed to work with my version.
I have numerous error messages in my log, and I cannot edit my orders (change them from processing to shipped, etc.)
Here is a few of my error log messages:
