Export PHP Array to Excel Template; Dynamic Rows & Columns

Presented with an array like what is shown in [login to view URL] I need an excel file generated along the lines of what I've provided. You will also be presented with the following to fill out the site name, employee name, and date range:
$_GET['start_date']
$_GET['finish_date']
$_GET['employee']
$_GET['site_name']
I've been banging my head against the wall for a couple of weeks but cannot seem to get the grid to populate correctly. The output need to look like what is below, and must work with differently size date ranges.
[login to view URL] is what the output needs to look like, [login to view URL] is what I'd been working on with TinyButStrong. Using TBS is not a requirement, nor is PHPExcel, whatever it takes to get the job done is fine with me. Needs to be in PHP if at all possible, as this app will live on a shared hosting environment.
