Discussion Forums Upgrade and Visual Enhancements

The site [url removed, login to view] has a phpBB at [url removed, login to view]

I would like someone to enhance the visul appearance of the site and improve functionality:

1. Add the Paypal donate button somewhere on each page

2. Make a link from forums to the [url removed, login to view] web page on every forum

3. Check the permissions and general settings on each page

4. Install an interesting library of avatars which people can choose

5. Improve the style and general appearance of the forums - formatting changes

6. Add appropriate headers for "disclaimer" rather than current "rules of forum" pages

I estimate about 4 hours of work. Site is hosted at [url removed, login to view] and link to "discussions" at [url removed, login to view]
