Develop and migrate a static HTML website to a WHMCS Template

We are a long for a web developer to assist us on the development/migration of our static website [login to view URL] to a new site built around a purchased WHMCS template. (Use of the template is optional, if you can make your own WHMCS template to drive the site).
Overall, we want the existing content of [login to view URL] put into the template and then things we do not use (hosting services, for instance) to be removed from the template.
The new template, mainly for a hosting company which we are not (we are a server management company), can we viewed here:

We also have another site for dedicated server sales called [login to view URL] we'd like the same done for. Our goal in hiring for the first (above) project is to find a competent developer who is willing to spend time helping us, because we do not have a "1-2-3" list of things to be done, but rather ongoing work and need help and even consulting as to what is best to do with these sites.
