clone of a flatshare website

I need a clone of one of these simple flatshare websites. There are many around, but the ideal for me would be a clone of the german WG-gesucht ([url removed, login to view]). Other similar websites: [url removed, login to view] ; [url removed, login to view]

I can help on the translation of the german one, but it's quite simple to understand actually.

The main funcionalities for the user are:

- List your flatshare (Free and instantly)

- List your request (Also Free and instantly)

As you can see, it´s about building a simple database on MySQL, working with PHP. I´d like to have a nice layout too
