Android Auto Clicker that can select pics

I need an auto click android app that can click the refresh button at the bottom of an android delivery app and select a pic (which are words) at the top when it appears, then return to the bottom to confirm. The idea is to compete against others trying to get the same deliver "blocks", cities. I was using an auto clicker that selected all pics "cities" that worked but a change was made to include other cities which i don't want. see pdf!
