add READ MORE button on wocommerce theme

hi, I have a site with Woocommerce, and the theme shows Featured items, More popular items... in homepage. I activated a plugin for disabled "add a cart button" and all right, but now I need instead a "Read more" or "more info" button for sendig to individual post of this product (like to click the picture or the tittle); I think that adittion is directly on the files themes.
Can you help me with this feature?
The plugin, in fact, shows a button, but it are programed to send to add the prduct to the inquiry list, so, the work is:
-re asing the funtion of the botton that shows the plugin that disabled 'Add a cart' button (img A)
OR
-add directly on the theme a "Read more" button, for appear in the featured products view and antoher woocommer widgets (img B).
