Add GPS tracks to maps in Joomla

I am building site about hiking on a Joomla CMS using Cobalt CCK ( [login to view URL] ) component as a main extension for showing info. This extension has map field ( [login to view URL] ) which allows me to show locations on a map, but it is not enough for me. I need to show tracks via GPX or KML files which I will attach to this map. Result must be something like this : [login to view URL]

Also I need to be able to connect flags on a map to related records on my site like it is on that url click on each flag scrolls down to gallery of related item.

Another task is to show routes from City A to City B for public transport like bus, train or taxi, something like this [login to view URL]

Please in your proposal description give me a price separately for both tasks.
