We need to create a custom extension to WooCommerce.
NB! WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES THAT HAVE ACTUALLY READ THESE REQUIREMENTS. So please make sure you write something in your proposal that makes us understand that you have read and understood what needs to be done.
All others will be rejected.
Project description:
Basically it is functionality to create and send offers to customers.
Please look at the attached image for more information about looks and functionality.
Functionality summarized:
- Add new submeny-item to WooCommerce: "Tilbud" (Offers)
- It should be possible to list all saved Offers, create new or edit existing.
- When creating a new offer, please see screenshot on how we would like the GUI to be.
- It must be possible to search for existing customers and auto-fill their information to the offer from within the GUI.
- It must be possible to add existing woocommerce-items to the offer from the "New offer" interface.
- It must be possible enter a discount percentage pr. product line in the offer.
- It must be possible to select number of items pr. product line in the offer
- It must be possible to add a comment to the offer
- It must be possible to add a "manual product" (In other words a product that does not exist in WooCommerce.) A Manual product is just an empty line, where the empty fields can be filled by the offer-editor.
- It must be possible to send the offer to the customer. We do not want auto-sending by email, but the offer must be converted to a nicely formatted pdf which can be downloaded. And the we would like a new email-message window to open in Outlook with the pdf attached and the to-email prefilled. (This is possible by creating an .eml file (email-file readable by outlook))
- It must be possible to transform offers to orders if the customers agrees to the offer. (Excluding manual products)
