Convert a Website to Drupal 7

I have a website (named in [url removed, login to view]) with about 7 pages, and I need it converted into Drupal 7.

Please use this theme:

The colours should be the same as the existing site (light blue background) and not the same as the theme. (black background)

I have also a number of photos to provide which will replace the existing photos.

I have a budget of $100 for this task.
