Convert a Template to a Website

We are an online file editing company,

Whereby Customer uploads his file, we work on it and then send it back to the user via a link. So we would like to incorporate the following features to our existing site.

1) Membership can be bought only after login for existing users & sign-up for new users.

2) Membership based upload with counter stating no of credits pending and credits used. This info to be shown in Dashboard. Currently these 2 tabs are there but they are not functional.

3) Payment gateway integration - Pay u Money / CC Avenue / Paypal

4) Increase the single file upload limit to 2GB. Currently its accepting only 32mb.

5) A form is present in the upload section. Need to make it more stylish and professional looking and on pressing submit a txt file should be created and the file name to be same as the user uploading the file.

6) Make the plans page functional
