Concrete5 Add-on - football fixtures admin

The brief is to create an add-on for Concrete5 (version 5.6) to allow an amateur football club (soccer for those who don't know better) to quickly add fixtures to the site for all the clubs teams.
It will need user level access (two levels), admin screens and view screens (usable via a Concrete5 block).
Admin Screens (not an exhaustive list - there may be more if deemed necessary as the job progresses).
* Add/edit teams
* Add/edit fixtures
- dates
- opponent
- venue
- category
-details etc
* Add/edit results
View block
List of fixtures filterable by team name
A suggestion of fields and layout attached below for more detail. Please ask questions before putting in final bid.
Process will be:

* Appoint
* Define full spec
* Build
I would suggest if we build it properly we can add to the Concrete5 marketplace and make some dosh.
