Change JQUERY PLUGIN Color Picker Script

I have a 20 pages website with a JQUERY Color Picker plugin scrip so users can choose a foreground and background color.
Each page is in a unique directory with the color picker setup for each page.
I think this script is installed but not 100% sure:

Problem is that one installed is not mobile device friendly. Mobile and Tablet users cannot select a color.
Option 1: Can you find a hack/patch and apply it so Mobile users can use the existing color picker ?
Option 2: Please replace that JQUERY color picker script one of these:

Replace script on all 20 directories/pages
