CSGO betting website (steam api)

My project is to create a new betting website for the game CS:GO.

I have already someone to help me (she is integrator web), but she don't know yet the steam API and the bot system etc...

So I need a person who can provide me the code, and explain me very well how the system works.

You don't have to build any website.

you need the following skills:

Steam API

Trading bot system

You have already worked on betting or jackpot site.

You can provide me a functional system

It is a serious project.
