Build a PHP Function to Grab Live Stream Source

I want to make a page that can grab stream source url from a url. example : [url removed, login to view]

note : the stream link will always changing in a few hours. so i need a php code function that can grab the stream url source automatically from that link and save that stream link in variable.

Example program working :

URL : [url removed, login to view]

$stream = [url removed, login to view]:2fc1f79e8d41/[url removed, login to view];

so, i can take every stream source link from any page.
