Build API for Stripe Connect Managed

We are currently starting a subscription service, which is powered by WooCommerce + WC Subscriptions. The payment gateway to process the customer's cards is Stripe. This is all setup and works flawlessly already.
To boost organic sales, we wish to establish an Affiliate program, where affiliates get an ongoing commission of each subscription they refer to the site, and actually stays active. For this, we've looked at a few suggested applications, but haven't quite found the right one yet. Though, the real issue with this solution is, that we haven't quite figured out how to pay the affiliates their commission. We would like it to be through our business Stripe account, where we've read about various solutions such as Stripe Connect Managed Accounts and such. It would naturally be great if this process could be automated.
Anyway, this is where you come into the picture.
I would like to build an API which creates the Stripe Connect Managed Accounts with the necessary information, so it's possible to move funds to the right accounts according to the affiliate program. If that's a success, we can take a look at building an API which integrates the Managed Accounts with the Affiliate Program, so everything is automated. But that's something we have to discuss after the first job is done.
