Basic Website Changes - Add Records To Database - Save Email To Mailchimp

We have a website built in codeignitor which currently sells a signal product with about 9 options.

When someone makes a purchase we want to add the email to an associated list on mailchimp

i.e

Product option one - list one

Option 2 - list two

etc

I also need some coupon codes inserted into a database which only has the code , amount and usage (which are all the same)
