Looking for a taxi dispatching software for a fleet of 12 taxis in Australia. The software a single display page should have data entry section (as shown in exhibit A) and a dispatch screen (as shown in exhibit B) on the same screen. The Layout of the software will be discussed in detail once a freelancer has been selected.
Essentially we take phone calls and manually enter the pick up/drop off addresses and customer details and then assign jobs to the appropriate driver. We would need the street names to auto populate (or show options) once the first few letters are typed in (similar to Google searches). Google maps functionality may also be required to be added to the software.
In the driver set up, they will be assigned a car and will appear in order of the time they have been waiting for a job and the area they are in (we operate in over 3 different areas each distinguished by a different color)
We will also require functionality to have a log book with record of job details.
