Avangate Payment Gateway Integration

We need someone to write a code to accept payments on our website.
We need a solution with the following flow
1 - Customer enter basic details about themselves
2 - Select Quantity of each products they want to purchase ( we have only 2 products)
3 - Enter payment information on our website (card numbers)
4 - Information is sent to Avangate API via POST and customer is charged or appropirate output is displayed.
You will also have to set up all required integration with avangate that is IPN ( instant payment notification) and LCN .
