API integration in Woocommerce

HI,

I have attached the API document with the project .

You need to implement following thing on my wordpress site:

1) Point 3 from Document: Once customer enter his PIN code on checkout page and select COD as payment mode, it should search our database and if COD (cash on delivery) is available then show COD is available message using AJAX. COD is already a payment option avaialble in Woocommerce, you need to integrate API so that it could check if COD is available on specific PIN code or not.

ESCROW: $50 Once winner is selected and final $25 Once changes are implement on the live website. If you can do it in 24 hours, then i could pay another $25 as BONUS.

MAX: $75+ $25 BONUS (Bonus only if done in 24 hours after accepting project)
