Video Game Cheat Code Site in PHP

I am looking for someone to design and code a simple video game cheat codes website. I need the site built out in the following format:
Home Page
-System Page (list systems)
-Game Page (list games)
-Cheat Page (1 page For Each Cheat)
Simplicity and SEO is key here. URL's should take the format:
Home Page ([url removed, login to view]
-System Page ([url removed, login to view])
-Game Page ([url removed, login to view])
-Cheat Page ([url removed, login to view])
All URL's must look static. I suppose you can use mod rewrite or whatever solution you determine to be best.
Every record in the database needs to have its own page. for instance each system should have its own page, each game should have its own page and each cheat should have its own page. Using some sort of template where all the pages look the same and are auto generated is fine.
I will need someone to code scripts so they can scrape other sites for existing cheat codes and then create the pages for the site. I will provide site examples once bids open up. Every page needs to have Google adsense placed prominently. Every page must dynamically created keyword rich Page Titles based on some sort of format we will talk about (title,description,keywords).
My goal is to get as many pages of this as possible indexed in google so spinning the content of each page to look as unique as possible is key here. I am giving a lot of creative freedom on this project however I just need to make sure at least 48,000 pages are created (again automatically is fine). If some extra text can be added to each page including the keywords of the page that would be great.
I want this done in PHP/MysQL. The faster the better
After the initial build there will be slight customization for basically parsing another database to add to the page builds with already existing links from another site as to enhance the page content.
I also need the site to create auto RSS/XML Feeds so that I may have other sites syndicate my content.
Please send me examples of any other simple database sites you have done in the past. After this project i have more and want someone I can continually work on projects with.
