Summer Cart xhtml / css design integration

We are looking for someone with experience in xhtml / css design integration (not necessary with Summer Cart) who can handle a project where a given design concept in PSD format is to be integrated into a Summer Cart-based website.
As Summer Cart is a relatively new shopping cart we do not expect people to have experience with it, but with design integration in general. Prior experience with any other shopping cart solutions (X-Cart, osCommerce, Zen Cart, etc.) will be considered a strong plus.
Before bidding please have a look at the attached PDF file; it gives a detailed tutorial on Summer Cart design integration. The actual PSD concept for the project will be given to short-listed candidates.
Please note that we are looking for long-term relationship and the approved candidate will have the chance to get a regular flow of design integration-related projects.
Finally, to prove your skills please send us one or more examples of your work. We'd like to see how you transferred a design concept into a website. XHTML / tableless solutions will be preferred.
