CD Rom Using Flash

I need a CD Rom created using Flash. I do not need the design, I just need a template that can have the design added to it later. The key components are as follows:

1. Excel-like data grid that can pull its content from an external file on the CD (xml is okay, but xls or csv would be ideal)

2. The data in the grid would need to include one column that contains text links that would be able to control the movie actions.

3. A secondary menu for each link with embedded movies that correspond to the data on the grid as well as links to pdfs on the CD rom.

Again, I don't need this designed, I just need the shell movie created so that I can add the design and data as well as the movies.
