We need to you to create a PSD mockup (Home Page + One Sidebar Based Single Post Page + One Single Page + Contact Page and every UI elements (Sidebars/Sign up form etc./overlays)). The design needs to be responsive and extremely beautiful. We are looking at a more new edge, clean look rather than a clutter appearance.
