Shopping Cart Wordpress site

I need a Wordpress online shopping site. However, it will be selling products that can be delivered locally so the shopping cart will only be available for people within a postcode area range. The details are as follows:
- site is for pet supplies (food, accessories etc)
- local delivery only so site will need a postcode entry to see if they deliver to the customers' area.
- would like ability to add postal orders for small products at a later date
Homepage: to have large images of dog & cat. Visitor clicks on image for type of animal products they are interested in.
- it will be divided into categories eg. dog food - dry, fresh meat,
- each category will have clickable thumbnail images of the logo/company icon for the product
eg. Dry Foods - "Science Diet" (thumbnail image) when image is clicked, a drop down menu will appear showing the individual products available in that category for that brand & clicking on each of these items will bring another drop down box with the sizes and quantities.
- customer can select size and type of product to be tallied for the shopping cart.
- needs ability to check products ordered and ability to easily delete/cancel.
- site needs member login for a member's area. To join, visitors need to enter email address and name and optional mobile phone number (with offer of sms marketing messages/offers).
- members will have access to monthly specials and coupons and there will be referral cards and referral codes to reward members who get friends to sign up.
- member's area will have a forum, pet of the month, newsletter each month
- there will be an information area where members can access info about - dog walking parks, dog events, restaurants, health info,
- there will be links to - dog walkers, grooming, and extra information.
The members forum will be a social place for people to comment, post pictures of their pets, find homes for their pets.
- there will be a place for donations to go to the Guide Dogs charity.
Shopping cart will need to be linked to credit cards and Paypal.
Site needs to be very easy to navigate for non tech people of all ages/abilities.
Needs to be easily optimised (meta tags, keywords will be provided etc) and properly coded.
Must be built on Wordpress.
Lots more work in future if this project goes well.
