A few small changes to existing magento store

I have the following work available at the moment:
1) There is currently a table of information in the back-end settings for some products (such as the Lelo Lily) that allows us to fill in technical information about the product with a dropdown menu.
We would like this table to be available to fill in for ALL products, and then display in the area similar to the way I have shown in the attached image.
All of the questions (ie vibrates, multi-speed, waterproof) should also include the option to select 'N/A' as well as the current options.
2) We have a blog section of the website, but the blog is not set up yet. We already have a wordpress extension installed, we want it set up for our account or a new account created that will let us update posts and add to the blog on our site.
3) In the 'payment options' section of our shopping cart checkout, there is a section that gives you the option to pay via 'bank transfer'.
If you currently select this option ,it says 'Send Check to:' underneath. I would like it to say 'Send funds to:' instead
4) At the footer of the page where it says '© 2010 ChasePleasure Store. All Rights Reserved.' I would like our company phone number and address to be added after the existing text.
Please provide price to complete the works.
