3dcart webstore fully developed integrated with ebay store to control inventory

First of all, this is a huge project. You can tell me which part on the list you can do and price. If one of those requirements listed can't be done or not included in your bid, I need to know ahead. Although I'm looking for someone that can do it all. Some of the requirements on the list is not easily done such as mobile template and daily deal. I don't know where to access those files on ftp.

I currently sell a high volume of items on eBay and would like to also sell from an online storefront. I would prefer to use [url removed, login to view] so I can integrate my eBay inventory with my new store inventory.

I'm looking to hire someone to build the site to my specifications, add roughly 80-100 items, and configure/launch the site.

We require someone who knows how to set up 3Dcart with:

- New or customized template with new logo and icons to my spec (3dcart has premium template for $99, but I'm not looking for you to simple buy a premium template install it and charge me hundreds)

- About 30 category pages (main + subcatgories) I need icons for all main and subcatgories.

- Redesign look of product page

- Redesign look of shopping cart and check out pages

- Insert logos, badges such as payment type icons, shipping, site security, etc.

- Setting up Products and related products (this can be another project, but need to clarify if it's included in your bid or not)

- Facebook Store and twitter

- Like and social Buttons

- Up-sell Offers

- Redesign daily deal widget

- Redesign daily deal product page (different from regular product page)

- Redesign mobile theme

- Create flash sale page (not flash animation) flash sale is sales with timer on it. When timer countdown to 0, the deal is gone. Similar to daily deal widget, but with more items. (not sure if possible to be done with 3dcart or not I know magento has plug in for flash sale. You need to tell me if this can or can't be done and included in bid price or not)
