Customize Wordpress Theme and fix errors

Hi,
I have a website that's related to Real Estate and uses Wordpress. I need to change its current looking to another look without changing the theme that I am currently using (WooThemes Estate). I already have a Child Theme installed and customized, to make things easier.
The theme I'm currently using has over 300 real estate listings on it and it's already ranked in Google with good positions on its interior pages.
Tasks:
1. I need to change its current look: [login to view URL] to something very close to [login to view URL] - the slider will be replaced by Revolution Slider ([login to view URL]). That includes the forms too. A total copy, including the interior pages would do, as long as we don't touch the interior system and data already put in.
2. Fix a few visual errors such as: [login to view URL] - This might be automatically fixed once you change the website visuals.
3. Fix the lightbox plugin. The native lightbox for this theme was replaced and now it doesen't work anymore - also might be automatically fixed once you change the visuals.
In sum, the website needs to look just like that other theme.
I'd rather work with someone reliable that will talk to me on skype than someone that will just give this work to someone else and tell me to wait. I like to be on the loop.
This is a live website - everything has to be fully tested in another environment prior to uploading it. Just making sure.
