Convert Wordpress theme to RTL

I have a wordpress theme that I would like to use on an Arabic site. This requires that the theme be converted to support and display right to left (RTL). As so I would need someone to go through the css file and convert the whole theme to RTL instead of the standard LTR.

I would like this to be done ASAP and as professionally as possible. If you have done this before please provide an example of your work.

I have attached the CSS file for reference.
