Adsense Website that makes 30-50USD per day

As the subject suggests im looking for somebody to design and build me a website that makes AT LEAST $30 per day.

Basic requirements, more will be discussed when project is awarded;

- Content must be unique (we will check)

- Content optimised for keyword density and saturation

- Any niche market will do as long as it adheres to Google’s T&C’s

- Clean and attractive design that relates to the content

- Images provided that relate to content (pls do not steal images, we can buy if necessary)

- Google Adsense revenue

- ADS must be optimised for optimum click through rate

- No black hat SEO techniques

- Organic and unique traffic only.

- I have the Adsense account, you can link it.

We will obviously need to prove that the site makes the required profit each day before handing over any payment – this we can discuss further after project is awarded.

Future business will 100% be guaranteed if site generates profit.

If Adsense account gets blocked you won't get paid.
I will hold the payment until I get the first payment out of Adsense.
