This is an upate on the price. The specs are the same. Explanation: A lot of the bids I got thought this is a major project. But it's not. It's very simple and small project. We need a VB project that can configure Windows OS (98, NT, 2K, XP) and IIS Server running on either OS according to the following: 1. Create IUSR_ account in the NTLM/ActiveDirectory. 2. Set permissions on certain files and folders for the IUSR_ and other system accounts. 3. Set/Modify system registry keys, data and values. 4. Check for and modify Frontpage Extensions configuration settings on a given virtual directory. 5. Create/Modify virtual directories for PWS and IIS (versions 3, 4, and 5). 6. Set/Modify settings on virtual web/directories under PWS/IIS, such as but not limited to "Anonymous Access", "Read/Write permissions", "Enable/Disable Script/Execute Setting", ... 7. Create DSN records in ODBC. The project needs to be fully commented and documented so that each line has been explained. The architecture of the project needs to allow for dynamic changes, such as different account names, files, folders, versions, ...

## Platform
VB standalone or activeX component running under Windows. Must be compatible with Windows 98, NT, 2K, and XP.
