Make my app work from the command line

There is a product that does not currently have a command line version available. I need to be able to call it from the command line using classic asp. The program that I wish to have made to run from the command line in asp is called Pano Builder version 7. If you would like a link to it please let me know and there you can check out the product and also get a free trial if you need to test your ability to complete this project.
I have a working, paid for version of this product but I cannot call it from the command line. I need to be able to do so ASAP. Only the normal functions need to be called from the command line (those that are available within the UI) to take a look at the product just download the free demo. Please only bid on this if you are 100% sure that you can make a way for me to call this products functions from the command line using ASP.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
