customized CRM System

I need a customized CRM system to support my workflow:

1) Import list of leads from an excel or csv file

2) Allow call center operators to call leads and record call outcomes

3) In case where operator need to call back at a certain time, they can records it in the system and the system will alert them to make that call

4) Generate reports on how many people called, calls outcome, calls/ operator, call outcome summary/operator, etc.

5) Maybe: make automated calls through PBX phone

Preferred CRM systems:

Vtiger, Splendid CRM (basically a Free CRM system)

I can go along with Microsoft Dynamics CRM but you need to explain to me how much licenses would cost

Hi, As mentioned, I prefer to "customize" a well known CRM system (like vtiger, Microsoft CRM, SplendidCRM, etc.) I dont want something built from scratch. Please let me know what platform you are proposing. Thanks
