I need someone who is a great programmer, who can test their work, follows through,

takes initiative, is responsible, and takes pride in their work.

You'll also need to be able to wear many hats.

You'll be making sure customers are well taken care of and receive great support.

You'll be adding continuous new features to the site.

You'll be finishing sites that are already started.

You'll help build new sites from the ground up.

11) You're not afraid to prove your talents.

12) You've got an open mind and are solution oriented.

13) You're willing to work on a shoestring budget to get this site up and running.

14) If you know WordPress customization, that's a HUGE Plus.

15) If you do photoshop and other graphics work, that's awesome too.

16) You don't mind flying by the seat of your pants without a safety net.

17) You don't get stressed out by multi-tasking. In fact, you like it.

18) If you know the either or both the graphical side, but especially the technical

/ Action script side of Flash, then you rock!

19) You'll work 8 hours a day, plus you need to use Skype and be available 4 or more hours between 9am - 5pm New York Time.
