Facebook share error- Code help!

Hi

I need a person who is good in php and can help me rectify an error in my webpage. I have the codes written for my page and have included a facebook share button. I am able to share the new posts using the share button to facebook. But it is unable to pull the thumbnail image while sharing. Some one who really knows the issue please bid for the work.
