1 new template for the site psd to joomla must meet accessibility standards i.e A- A+
2 fix and set all modules necessary to the functioning of the site and removal of any unnecessary components for example:

. set up so fully functioning joomap, joompack, multilayer login, Sh404sef
. clean up css and php to make wc3 compliant.
3 design a new com, module or plugin that will allow the users (non techies) to type in to a new content article add the images or any video from the actual article from places like youtube without using any code it should resize image/video to a set size and have a buffer ( space around it)so that when a user puts the image in the text can wrap around it but not touch the actual image/video. (all rights to it will belong to us so please donot put any author, link backetc in code we will check.
4. set up jomsocial ensure multilevel user login from ome page is applied to this as well
5 Testing to ensure site security and stability
4 Some SEO to all pages
5 Roll up and migration to site to live server and documentation on how to backup joomla
6 A vanilla copy of the site burnt to disc

Top bid for this job is $500, most of this can be done by myself but have so many projects on at this time have no time to do that is why i am looking for someone who will put in a sensible bid that i can work with again as too much work at this time.
