23133 Marketplace script modificatio

I have a script Softbiz Freelancers Script. But I can't modify it. So I can make a html template of what I want it to be and you can change it in to php so as I can fit the software. I mean I want something like Alibaba.com. But I can change the phpcodes within the script. So I will make a html template of what I think is the best. Then you can transfer it to php so as it can work with the script. thanks
