Email Autoresponder with time delay

I need an email autoresponder script that lets me control the time after an automatic response is sent. For example, someone sends me an email, and I want the autoresponse email to be sent in 2 hours and NOT immediately. Some parameter to control the timing of the autoresponse.

I have Cpanel running in a hostgator server. Maybe a php script and cron job might work, but I am open to suggestions. I need this VERY fast.
