We are in the need of a software engineer to develop a custom web application using web technologies including:
HTML
CSS
Javascript / AJAX / JQuery
Google Web Toolkit
MySQL
Basic web application design capabilities
The web application will have an screen where the user can filter through selection criteria, input values which are saved as a record in a SQL DB.
The web application will have a second screen where a user can view the results in a nicely formatted HTML-based report.
The architecture is still to be finalized based on the final infrastructure and web application server availability.
We do NOT have PHP installed on the web application server so that is not an option.
You will NOT be responsible for the graphic design assets. We have a graphic design resource provide guidelines for the CSS template and all artwork required.
To bid we will need some portfolio work (live or screenshots) using the same above technologies and a reference.
Because there are multiple stakeholders with a formal roll out process, you will want to make sure there is padding in your bid for an initial round of change request.
