[login to view URL] Amazon S3 Watch Folder

Hi,

I'm having difficulty integrating [url removed, login to view] with my Amazon S3 account. The directions are here and should be simple, but it's not working for me... I think it's to do with the setup of my S3 account as I am also unable to access files through [url removed, login to view] from my S3 account.

I require someone familiar with Amazon S3 to configure my account so that [url removed, login to view] is set up to watch a folder i.e. [url removed, login to view] and write the encoded file with public read permission to [url removed, login to view]

I'd imagine you'd need to have some experience of using both services, though I think it should be pretty simple.

Note: I have tried [url removed, login to view] support but they think it's a permission problem despite all files being publically readable...
