Script to receive SMS (keyword) and trigger call to phone number

The script requires a mobile user to send an SMS with a particular keyword to SMS Gateway. The SMS is forwarded to Asterisk to trigger a call to a certain phone number. The CallerID should be the phone number that sent the SMS. The call will originate from Asterisk/Elastix to destination number via SIP.
The script should be able to process as many SMS/calls as possible.
